Edward Beale transitioned from Government Operations to Facility Operations and has taken on his new role with zeal. In a short time, he has made it his mission to learn the position and ensure that all requirements are met or exceeded. He pays strict attention to detail ensuring that all FAR/DFAR requirements are met with respect to Shipping and Receiving, and Government Property Inventory. He has developed a good working relationship with all Largo employees and shows outstanding customer service. He has taken upon himself to go back and correct previous deficiencies regarding government property management files and database requirements. He is always looking to improve the processes that are set in place to ensure we meet or exceed all Government requirements.

Edward Beale is a valued asset to Phoenix and should be recognized as such. He is chosen to be our Largo Employee of the 2nd Quarter.
